We have recently come back from a 28 day stint in Weston-super-Mare after being the chosen falafel slingers for Banksy’s Dismaland bemusement park. What an honour to be asked to become one of only two onsite caterers with a footfall of 4000 a day. The Biblos crew had an amazing time and the reception on our homemade falafels were far from dismal.
Did you know? The daily falafel consumed at Dismaland matched our total falafel output that we would normally produce for Glastonbury festival. Saying that, our Glastonbury menu consists of meat and veggie options whilst at Dismaland we kept things strictly ‘Dismalafel’.
