Weddings, birthdays, engagements, family events. It’s not a celebration without Biblos.
Step one: Fill out the order form below with your menu, location, date, budget, and attendees.
Step two: We’ll review your request and email you to either confirm or discuss your booking
Step three: Once the deposit invoice is paid and the contract is signed, your catering is officially booked!
Step four: Just before your event, the Biblos Stokes Croft team will start preparing, marinating, and cooking.
Each of our delicious salads, sauces, and marinades are homemade in advance. On the day of your event, we’ll deliver everything to your venue, or you can collect it from Stokes Croft. If required, we can arrange wait staff, and we’re happy to work onsite from a temporary kitchen or in professional facilities.

FAQs about corporate and business catering
Generally, the minimum order amount is £200. There is no maximum order amount as Biblos can cater for very large events. We’ll discuss the details of your event with you with you when you order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your specific needs
Yes, absolutely. Delivery is free within 15 miles of Bristol, and we travel all over the South- West. Alternatively, you can collect your order from our Stokes Croft location.

Many of the dishes we make at Biblos are naturally vegan, vegetarian, and/or gluten free. Whatever your specific requirements, please discuss this with us at the enquiry stage and we’d be happy to accommodate you.
This depends on the size of your event. Typically, we need 48 hours’ notice for catering for under 30 people. For events over 30 people, we’d need at least 1 weeks’ notice. We’ll always do our best to accommodate any size event, with as much notice as you can give us. Please be advised, there may be additional costs for last- minute events as we compensate our suppliers and staff fairly.
