BBQ-Extravaganza Menu

Choose from a selection of delicious marinated meats, fish and veg, all cooked to perfection. Match these these with our extensive range of potato dishes and fresh salads to create the perfect BBQ, whatever the weather.

Meat

  • German potato salad – the king of potato salads, charlotte potatoes, red onions, gherkins, chives and dill in a creamy dressing (with or without bacon)

Mezze menu

Mezze is quite simply a collection of small dishes reminiscent of tapas and served all over the middle east. It is our speciality and we think one of the nicest food experiences. Perfect for parties and special occasions where conversation is key, our mezze experience with bring people together round the table. All this can be served as a traditional buffet or family style, with every table having its own dishes to share around.

  • Kibbe – lamb and bulgar dough stuffed with minced lamb, onions and pine nuts.
  • Veggie kibbe – special bulgar dough stuffed with peppers and pine nuts
  • Dolmades  – stuffed vine leaves that have been poached in tomato and wine broth
  • Jerk fried chicken (JFC) bites – bite size pieces of chicken breast marinated with our secret jerk recipe and buttermilk overnight, then breadcrumbed and fried
  • Tabbouleh salad – traditional salad of parsley, tomatoes, onions and bulgar wheat dressed with lemon juice and olive oil.

  • Flat breads –  khobez bread, fresh and perfect with all our mezze
